A case study of our insight-led outreach for institutional audiences

Our client, a professional services firm, operates in a highly saturated and competitive market. They found it increasingly difficult to get communications cut through with their sophisticated senior audiences. The firm has strong internal expertise, but struggled to translate that expertise into compelling thought leadership insights that the client team can leverage.

The brief

Identify a set of stress-tested insights on ‘building out the energy transition’, a theme chosen as it resonates with a wide range of the firm’s client base. Then, develop a toolkit to arm the team with content, client-specific angles, conversation guides, events and insight-led direct outreach opportunities.

Approach

Outcome

A content cut-through challenge became a structured relationship-building platform: practical tools for the client team and a repeatable system for turning insight into engagement.
