Context

Advanced technologies like generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and quantum computing, married with increased consumer demand for improved digital banking capabilities, are propelling the next generation of digitalisation in Australian retail banks.

Generating change across all functional areas—from front to back offices and everything in between—this next generation of linguistically capable technology is empowering new services like online mortgage applications, digital document and ID verification, and reduced loan processing times.

Approach

This project drew on The Action Exchange’s unique approach to developing business intelligence. We translated research findings into a high-impact whitepaper exploring the next generation of digitalisation in Australian retail banks.
