Objective

Clayton Utz sought to demonstrate their breadth of expertise by showcasing a number of partners from different practice areas. This project aimed to provide well-researched and stress-tested insights as a tool for above- and below-the-line client engagement.

Approach

The Action Exchange interviewed five partners from Clayton Utz, complemented by targeted desk research and competitor analysis, to identify compelling insights tailored to the firm’s client mix. In addition to this practical report, we delivered a messaging and amplification toolkit with clear market-facing takeaways, core messages, segment narratives, video scripts and roundtable synopses for use across media, events, social and direct-to-client channels. We worked closely with the firm’s client and digital teams, as well as their PR agency, throughout the amplification rollout.

Outcome

Partners are highly engaged and actively using the report as a direct client outreach tool. The insights gathered are driving an ongoing amplification and engagement campaign which has been covered by industry press.

“You've done an incredible job of writing the content in a way that marries all the partner perspectives…Thanks very much for working with us on this. You've gone above and beyond, so thank you for that discretionary effort and the extra pair of hands.”
