Objective

Turn complex climate issues into e-learning content for global executives

A global media group wanted to leverage its vast body of analysis on ESG and climate change for a practical e-learning course applicable to business leaders across all major markets.

Solution

Curriculum design through knowledge mobilisation and strategic communications

The Action Exchange co-designed and developed a comprehensive curriculum by combining knowledge mobilisation, strategic communications and editorial synthesis designed to deliver precise learning outcomes. Tailored for international audiences, the strategy included amplification to ensure the course's value proposition reached its target global executive audience, supplemented by written lessons, video, podcasts, and infographics produced from an extensive network of ESG experts.

Outcome

A revenue-driving education product to advance ESG knowledge

This project resulted in a recurring six-week online e-learning course equipping business leaders with the knowledge they need to recognise and mitigate risks posed by climate change.  By successfully aligning knowledge mobilisation with global market needs, the course provides practical tools for executives to assess the opportunities and challenges of ESG investing, cementing the media group's position as a leader in executive education.
